UNN BUSINESS SCHOOL ADMISSION-ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

(a) Executive MBA programme

- A minimum of five (5) years working experience 

in industry and business, Plus

- An honours bachelor's degree of Higher 

National Diploma in any discipline

(b) Executive Doctors of Business 

Administrations (DBA) 

- Minimum of 10 years working experience in
Industry, Plus
- executive MBA or Masters degree in any business-related discipline

DURATION OF UNN BUSINESS SCHOOL 
PROGRAMMES AND TIME TO APPLY FOR A
DMISSION.
Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)

• Full-time: Two (2) Semesters (Minimum);                                                                                     4 Semesters (Maximum)
• Part-time: 4 Semesters (Min):                                                                                                        6 Semesters (Max)

Regular MBA

• Full-time: Two (4) Semesters (Minimum);                                                                                     6 Semesters (Maximum)
• Part-time: 6 Semesters (Min):                                                                                                        8 Semesters (Max)

Executive MBA: Weekend Progammes (18 Months);

                               6 Semesters (3 years);

 [Note: DBA Students are required to be on campus for 

 revision a week before the semester examination.

Time To Apply For Admission:

    (i) Admission into tExecutive MBA

is made Twice a year. _ January and july. 

   (ii) Admission into the doctor 

of business administration (DBA) is made twice
  a year - March and September.
  (iii) Application for Professional Regular PGD & MBA
 programmes and certificate course are considered once in  September.

HOW TO  APPLY FOR UNN BUSINESS SCHOOL 
ADMISSION.
(i) Aplication Fee: Candidates seeking admission into the postgraduate programmes of UNN Business school can obtain aplication form ONLINE on payment of non-refundable application fee made payable to the UNN business school postgraduate account at any bank in Nigeria, Using Remita platform.

APPLICATION FEES SHALL BE PAID AS FOLLOWS:

Professional PGD	N30,000
Certificate Courses	N30,000
MBA Programmes	N40,000
Executive MBA & DBA Programmes	N60,000

(ii) Applicants should Log-on to UNN OFFICIAL WEBSITE

And follow procedures below:

- Click on Academics, Scroll down to Admission

- Click UNN Portal,

- Click on Postgraduate students, then generate invoice using your mobile number

- Proceed to any bank to make payments with the Remita platform

- Return to UNN portal with your payment confrimation pin from the bank and follow procedures for completing the form.

(iii) Referee Report:

Candidates should download 3 copies of the referee report (DI) forms after completing preliminary and personal details online.

Candidates should complete any missing details on the form, while remaining  remaining information should be completed manually by the referee and returned to the candidate who will enclose it in sealed envelope for submission. 

Please Note: Application will note be processed unless the referee reports are available.

(iv) Transcript

Candidates should download transcript request form (D2) also provided online, and submit to their former universities/institution, requesting them to forward it with a copy of of his/her academic transcript to the secretary, School of postgraduate studies, UNN. To reach him, not later than one month from the date of this publication.

The school will not process the applications of candidates whose

transcripts are not recieved on or befoe the deadline

(v) Submission of completed application forms:

Candidates will complete most information online, thereafter, a copy of the completed application should be downloaded and printed. The printed application form with the relevant documents as listed below should be posted to the secretary, Postgraduate studies, UNN

• NYSC certificate
• Two copies of the application summary form (D3). Its available online. Should be downlaoded and printed.
• Copies of all qualifying certificates and other accompanying documents. FILE JACKET SHOULD BE SLIPPED INTO THE BROWN ENVELOPE.

All documents must fit the 10"* 15" envelope and delivered or addressed and sent by couruer  to the secretary, Postgraduate studies, UNN

and closes 60 days after the publication.
