B  .General Requirements
         The general entry requirements for all Higher National  Diploma (HND) Programmes are as follows:
  1. Candidates are required to satisfy SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB entry requirements for the corresponding National Diploma programme.
  2. Candidates are required to have completed a relevant National Diploma Programme not below LOWER CREDIT classification.
  3. Candidates are required to have at least one year post- ND industrial work experience. 
  4. All candidates are expected to consult the Institution’s prospectus on the portal or in hard copy to ascertain their qualification for courses for which they are registering applying.

A). FULL-TIME PROGRAMMES:
Admission requirement into full- time programme is five credits at ONE sitting for
Management and Business Studies programmes, Information & Communication, and
Computer science programmes while the others i.e Technology, Engineering, Environmental
Studies, Pure & Applied Studies programmes allows TWO sittings.
B). PART-TIME PROGRAMMES:

GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND)
PROGRAMMES
Applicants who possess the following qualifications may be considered for direct admission into
Higher National Diploma Programmes:
  1. The National Diploma with a minimum of lower credit pass in the discipline obtained from an NBTE accredited programme plus a minimum of one-year Post-ND cognate work experience in the field of specialization.
  2. Candidates with ND at pass level and a minimum of two-year post-ND work experience may also be considered.
  3. For the HND Bilingual Office Technology and Management Programme, a pass in the relevant language at the SSCE or equivalent qualifications will be an advantage. This is in addition to 1 or 2 above. All candidates will be expected to pass an intensive 16 weeks language course prior to the commencement of the programme.

Procedure for Online Applications
Applicants are expected to:
  1. Log on to LASPOTECH’s website at http://www.mylaspotech.edu.ng
  2. Click on the “2017/2018 Admission Applications” link on the Navigator plane.
  3. Select the programme i.e.Full –time HND”.
  4. Click on “Continue”.
  5. Fill the profile form and choose a suitable username as your username and password of your choice (your password should contain alphabet, numbers and/or symbols) not less than 7 in characters, supply a valid and working email address and GSM number;
  6. Then, Click on “Continue”
  7. Login with your username and password;
  8. Click on ”Pay” (you will make use of a Web enabled ATM card, Master or  Verve cardfor your payment).
  9. Candidates are expected to make payment of the sum of N7,500) only (Seven Thousand five hundred naira only), Exclusive of Bank charges.
  10. Complete your application as appropriate
  11. Fill the application form provided. Ensure that you provide accurate data at all times. In addition to your personal information, you will be required to provide your WAEC/GCE/NECO result as well as previous educational history.
  12. Ensure you print out your Application form, fee payment receipt and keep them safely.
  13. You will be required to upload a colour passport photograph of NOT MORE THAN 20kb in size.
  14. Print your completed application form before submission. You will be required to present this at a later date, so keep it safely.
  15. Click “Submit”
